    having worked for more than 20 years for others..... I have observed 8 out of 10 Bosses does not deserved the position of Manager or team leaders even top position people knows abt it,,, then how come companies or HR dept does not take note of it

    Gallup research indicated that 8 of 10 "bosses" are not qualfied to be in their people manager roles. If you want to solve a problem (and this one is a real whopper) you have to clearly understand deep root causes. Who are the leaders putting these managers in their roles and/or allowing them to remain, often times in light of well known issues.
